Dave graduated from Dundee College of Technology (now the University of Abertay) in 1987 with a BSc in Computing Science. Since then he has had fourteen years' experience in various areas of IT.

In-depth technical knowledge led him to gain extensive experience managing mission-critical IT projects with multi-million-pound budgets. The majority of his background is in the financial services industry, and he has also worked in the utilities and telecommunications markets.

He has extensive knowledge of best practice, particularly in project management. Joining ECC in July 2000 from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, he is now responsible for overseeing all ECC projects. Dave ensures that all projects are delivered on time and within budget and that they meet customer expectations.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys travel, walking and rock music. He is also an avid collector of vodkas from around the world.
